Responsibilities
  • Perform routine checks, inspections, and basic maintenance on company buses and vehicles to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Identify and report any mechanical issues promptly for repair or servicing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of all assigned vehicles.
  • Prepare and update monthly maintenance and servicing records for all company vehicles.
  • Follow up on outstanding or pending vehicle inspection and servicing schedules to ensure compliance and readiness.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in good condition and safe to drive at all times.
  • Safely operate company buses for employee transport, charter, or ad-hoc assignments.
  • Assist in preparing rider sheets and trip schedules as required.
  • Provide job orientation and safety briefings for new drivers joining the company.
  • Be well-versed with Singapore roads, routes, and LTA rules and regulations.
  • Take initiative to support smooth daily operations and minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Work closely with the team and update management or colleagues on any vehicle issues promptly.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior or management.
Requirements
  • Possess a valid Class 4 Driving Licence and Bus Vocational Licence (BDVL).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the bus or transport industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Responsible, safety-conscious, and proactive in work attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
