Job description

We are seeking an experienced UAV technical specialist to support the development, maintenance, and operational readiness of advanced unmanned aerial systems. In this role, you will lead hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and system enhancement activities to ensure high performance, reliability, and safety across UAV platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inspection, maintenance, repair, and testing of UAV systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using advanced tools and engineering principles.
• Work with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to plan maintenance schedules and implement upgrades.
• Maintain and update SOPs, manuals, and technical documentation in line with compliance and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Support UAV deployments during trials, exercises, and operational events as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in UAV maintenance, troubleshooting, and system integration.
• Certifications in UAV technologies/maintenance are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on safety and quality
