Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is hiring for a role in logistics operations. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination or customer service and good knowledge of shipping procedures. Competitive salary offered.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination or customer service.
- Good knowledge of shipping procedures and Incoterms.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipment planning.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and warehouse teams.
- Handle customer inquiries related to delivery status.
- Monitor inventory levels and update the system.
Skills
- 5.5 Alternate Saturday
- Basic up to $3k
- Industry: 3PL

- Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipment planning, delivery scheduling, and order fulfillment.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Provide logistics and administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
- Handle customer inquiries related to delivery status, shipment discrepancies, and product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and update the system for stock movement and order tracking.
- Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping documentation, or customer service (logistics).
- Good knowledge of local/international shipping procedures and Incoterms.
