Our client is a logistics group that provides airfreight forwarder, ocean freight forwarder and other logistics services. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Sales Head/GM for the Airfreight forwarding business and the position is based in Singapore.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the Airfreightforwarding business
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identity business opportunitiesfor the firm
• Oversee operations and provide guidance to team members
• Oversee and manage the overall financial performance and efficiency
• Monitor and evaluate performance and productivity
• Liaise with the headquarter to provide local business insights and strategies
• Other ad-hoc tasks when necessary

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree or other qualifications
• At least 8 years of experience in logistics industry, familiarize with airfreightforwarder
• Good management and leadership skills
• Good understanding of Singapore logistics industry trend and marketlandscape
• Good communication skills and business acumen
