We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support a dynamic After-Sales Service team and ensure inventory and logistics are managed with precision and efficiency.

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of the operations team — coordinating stock, managing logistics, and working closely with local and global teams to keep everything moving seamlessly. 🌍📊

What You’ll Do
  • Manage day-to-day spare parts operations, including inventory control and administration.
  • Monitor stock levels, process transactions, and generate reports using inventory systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors on invoices, shipments, and documentation.
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure timely replenishment and smooth workflows.
  • Conduct inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support local and international logistics for spare parts and after-sales requirements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in inventory or stock management; ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of logistics operations and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
