Qualifications

  • Open to Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents only.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in third-party logistics (3PL) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to email enquiries and incoming calls.
  • Liaise with customers and transporters to arrange local deliveries.
  • Handle air and sea shipment bookings with freight forwarders.
  • Manage customer complaints and conduct investigations when required.
  • Prepare and submit daily/monthly reports to customers.
  • Handle import and export permit declarations.
  • Prepare simple draft logistics billings.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks upon customer request.
  • Support other operational duties as assigned.

Skills

Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education

GCE ‘O’ Level
Certificate in Logistics Management

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary:
Up to $2,300 (commensurate with experience)

Requirements
  • Open to Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents only
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or relevant Certificate in Logistics Management
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required to handle Chinese documents)
  • 1–2 years’ experience in third-party logistics (3PL) will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
