JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure all inventory records are accurate and updated in the system (ERP).

• Oversee daily cycle counts, weekly counts, and monthly/quarterly stock takes.

• Track slow-moving, expired, damaged, and blocked stock, and propose actions.

• Lead, train, and supervise the inventory control team.

• Work closely with operations and suppliers to ensure seamless inventory flow.

• Develop and enhance inventory SOPs and best practices.

• Identify opportunities to reduce errors, increase accuracy, and optimize space utilization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification / Certification / License:

1. Diploma or above.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.

Competency / Skills / Experience:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.

2. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; able to work in a warehouse environment.

3. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
