A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager. This role involves overseeing inventory records, leading a team, and optimizing inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, with strong communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Ensure all inventory records are accurate and updated in the system (ERP).
Oversee daily cycle counts, weekly counts, and monthly/quarterly stock takes.
Track slow-moving, expired, damaged, and blocked stock, and propose actions.
Lead, train, and supervise the inventory control team.
Work closely with operations and suppliers to ensure seamless inventory flow.
Develop and enhance inventory SOPs and best practices.
Identify opportunities to reduce errors, increase accuracy, and optimize space utilization.
Educational Qualification / Certification / License:
Diploma or above.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
Competency / Skills / Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; able to work in a warehouse environment.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
