Job summary
A reputable recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate for an Accounts Payable role. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, be proficient in Mandarin for coordination with Chinese-speaking colleagues, and have some HR experience as a plus. This role will involve invoice processing and assisting in job recruitment tasks. The position offers a salary of up to $4,000 and is located near Tiong Bahru MRT Station.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficient in Mandarin to coordinate with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
- Experience in HR will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Accounts Payable functions and invoice entries.
- Assist in job recruitment and preparation of employment contracts.
Skills
Up to $4,000 Basic
Near Tiong Bahru MRT Station
Reputable Construction company
- Responsible for Accounts Payable function such as entry of invoices into system, consolidating all supplies invoices for payment end month, processing of petty cash reimbursement etc
- HR function such as assisting in job recruitment, preparation of employment contact, applying of work pass etc
- At least 2 years of relevant experience Accounts Payable
- Proficient in Mandarin to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts
- Experience in HR will be an advantage
