Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote our employment agency services, generate new business, and build strong client relationships. The role involves meeting clients on-site, understanding their manpower needs, and providing suitable recruitment and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new clients through outdoor sales activities, cold calls, walk-ins, and referrals

  • Visit clients at their premises to understand hiring and manpower requirements

  • Promote employment agency services such as foreign manpower recruitment, local hiring, and work pass services

  • Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and follow up to close sales

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

  • Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

  • Stay updated on MOM regulations and employment trends (training will be provided)

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience in an employment agency or related industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with outdoor sales, client visits, and fieldwork
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Familiar with MS Office and basic CRM systems
  • Knowledge of MOM rules and work pass processes is a plus
  • CEI Certificate/Willing to write CEI Examination.
