Job summary

A well-established recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to generate new leads and manage client relationships. The candidate should have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience and possess a diploma or degree in business-related fields. This is a full-time role located in Woodlands, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing industry contacts to ensure maximum sales opportunities locally and overseas
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions that align with company offerings
  • Achieve and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing client support
  • Take initiative to stay up to date with our offerings and keep informed of market trends and industry developments
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, continuously improve through feedback
  • Weekly/monthly sales report submission to respective superiors
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field is an advantage
  • Possess minimum 2 years in sales (B2B preferred)
  • Possess own vehicle will be an advantage
