Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you are a key member of the team looking after our product and services revenue in Singapore. Working with the Head of sales, you will plan and execute the sales plan to ensure that the company annual sales target is achieved.

The job responsibilities include:
  • Execute sales and marketing plan.
  • Carry out sale activities including tele‑sales, on‑site/online presentation and follow‑up calls etc.
  • Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure for new customers and renewal customers.
  • User product training.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and client events.
  • Manage customer relationships, including addressing issues, collecting feedback, and building clients’ loyalty etc.
