Job summary
A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an ICT support professional to assist the ICT Manager in daily operational activities. Responsibilities include providing IT support, managing computer networks, and troubleshooting issues. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and have knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office365. Attractive salary package offered.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in computer network management.
- Ability to troubleshoot multiple IT related issues.
- Previous experience in IT operational support.
Responsibilities
- Assist ICT Manager in daily ICT & IT operational activities.
- Provide daily IT operation support to all users.
- Troubleshoot computers, laptops, and network-related problems.

Education
Our Client, is a reputable MNC and leading A1 Construction Company diverse in local and international building and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Assist ICT Manager in daily ICT & IT operational activities for the project
- Provide daily IT operation support to all users
- Assist management at their workstations and oversee the Company\’s computer network
- Handle end users’ requests and provide solutions to IT issues promptly
- Troubleshoot computers, laptops, network, printer and server related problems
- Assist in the installation, maintenance and management of the computer network for the project office
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Windows OS, Server, Office365, Microsoft Azure and network support
