Job summary
A healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a Senior / Junior IT Executive to deliver reliable IT support and system administration. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, resolving computer issues, maintaining IT compliance, and managing WordPress content. Applicants should possess strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of SQL and Excel. Only Singaporeans may apply.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Familiarity with Windows systems and environments is crucial.
- Knowledge of SQL & Excel is a MUST requirement.
Responsibilities

- Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues.
- Maintain compliance with IT / ISO related policies and procedures.

We are seeking a Senior / Junior IT Executive (Support) to provide reliable IT support and system administration for our growing organisation.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications and network components
- Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues to local and remote users
- Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors
- Provide guidance and recommendations to colleagues on best practices for using systems and technologies within the company
- Conduct regular system backups to minimize data loss in the event of a system failure
- Maintain IT related Fixed Assets to support onboarding / offboarding process
- Maintain and ensure compliance with all IT / ISO related policies and procedures
- Collaborate with vendors, project leads and users to resolve issues and ensure consistent, viable solutions
- Update the core WordPress, manage plugin license and maintain pages and content
- Report generation and data analysis. Proficient in MS Office
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
- Familiarity with Windows systems and environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of SQL & Excel Is a MUST requirement
- Familiarity with WordPress would be advantageous
