You'll oversee governance, lead change management teams, promote service quality, and drive continuous improvement across IT services. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in IT, over 8 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in IT governance and service management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field is essential.
• More than 8 years of experience in IT Governance or Service Management roles required.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks and standards.
• Lead the Change Management team and ensure structured processes.
• Oversee the governance of application onboarding and decommissioning.
