A technology solutions provider based in Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the management and refresh of IT and OT systems. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-4 years of experience in infrastructure management. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless operations, implementing IIoT solutions, and driving automation. The candidate should have hands-on experience with networks, servers, and storage systems.
Oversee the management and refresh of IT and OT infrastructure, including networks, servers, endpoints, data lakes, data marts, and critical OT systems.
Ensure seamless operation, maintenance, and scalability of IT and OT environments to support production, engineering, and business functions.
Implement and optimize Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions and OT platforms to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
Oversee IT service management (ITSM) and OT service optimization, ensuring minimal downtime and high operational efficiency.
Continuously monitor and enhance IT and OT system performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues to support uninterrupted business operations.
Drive automation, AI-driven analytics, and digitalization of IT and OT processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
Hands‑on experience in managing networks, servers, storage systems.
