Senior Test Lead for Digital Banking & Agile Teams
Job summary
A leading technology consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Test Lead to direct testing strategies in IT system development projects within the finance sector. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in leading testing initiatives and a minimum of 2 years within Agile teams. Familiarity with digital banking solutions is vital. Join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality results and driving project success.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience as a Test Lead in IT system development projects in finance and/or banking.
- At least 2 years working in Agile development teams.
- Participated in at least one digital banking solution project for corporate customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide direction and lead the development of testing strategies.
- Monitor the defect handling process and ensure understanding between teams.
- Measure and monitor progress during the testing process.
- Review testing deliverables for quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with relevant parties for change management activities.
