About the Role

As an HR Business Partner based in the Singapore Regional Office, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This position involves supporting multiple departments through initiatives that enhance employee engagement, streamline HR operations, and maintain compliance with local regulations. You will manage key processes such as onboarding, offboarding, immigration, and training, while also contributing to policy development and HR projects that drive organizational success.

What We’ll Like to See in You

We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional with strong numeric sense, analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have at least 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and business partnering, coupled with a solid understanding of HR principles and Singapore employment law. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential, along with exceptional communication abilities and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office. Experience in HR analytics and employee engagement will set you apart.
