System Analyst (ERP Implementation Support) - 6 months contract
Job summary
An environmental services company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to support system implementation focusing on data extraction and mapping. You'll perform data extraction and mapping validation, assist in testing, and provide general support for the project. Ideal candidates include fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in IT or data roles. Strong analytical and communication skills are required for effective collaboration.

- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in IT, system implementation, or data-related roles are welcome.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform data extraction from existing system for migration purposes.
- Support data mapping between legacy system and the new solution.
- Collaborate with consultants to validate mapping logic.
- Assist in testing and resolving data migration issues.
- Provide general implementation support and UAT.

Provide comprehensive support for system implementation, with a primary focus on data extraction and mapping. The role will also involve assisting with other implementation activities to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new platform.
- Perform data extraction from existing system for migration purposes.
- Support data mapping between legacy system and the new solution.
- Collaborate with business and external consultants to validate mapping logic and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in testing and resolving issues related to data migration and system setup.
- Provide general implementation support, including configuration assistance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordination of project tasks.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the project team to support successful implementation.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in IT, system implementation, or data-related roles are welcome.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with data extraction tools, mapping techniques, or ERP systems is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
