Job summary
A tech solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support for desktop, mobile, and tablet users. This role involves troubleshooting various IT-related issues, performing routine software installations, and liaising with vendors for timely service delivery. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in IT support, specifically with Windows desktops and mobile devices. This role also includes user training and documentation preparation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience for end users.
- Proficient in troubleshooting desktop/laptops and mobile devices.
- Experience with MS Office, Outlook, and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for desktop/mobile/tablet users.
- Troubleshoot IT related problems including email and user accounts.
- Install software and perform routine preventive measures.
- Liaise with IT vendors for service delivery.
- Respond to user queries via various communication methods.
- Configure data for company products at project sites.
- Provide user training and maintain IT documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc IT support duties as assigned.
