We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

Job Title: Senior/Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • Prospecting, Lead Generation and Customer Engagement
  1. Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research.
  2. Interact with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and suggest appropriate solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  4. Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the sales system.
  • Product Knowledge
  1. Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support in the meetings.
  • Reporting
  1. Track sales progress, generate accurate forecasts, highlight performance progress, areas of improvement and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaboration and Follow-up
  1. Work closely with internal teams (like the Marketing and Business Units) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  2. Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers, providing post-sales support where necessary.

Qualification/Experience:

  • Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, IT or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales.
  • Sales experience in software industry will be an advantage.
