Job summary
A tech solutions company in Singapore is seeking an IT operations professional to handle system Day-2 operations and incident management. You will assist in diagnosing issues, manage procurement, and liaise with customers for resolutions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering and has 1-3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication are crucial. Project Management or Agile experience is a plus. Please email your resume for immediate processing.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT system operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and vendors.
- Effective written and verbal communication of technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Handle IT system Day-2 operations, including fault isolation and incident management.
- Assist in testing, diagnose system/program issues, provide remediation.
- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Manage procurement processes and support renewals.
- Liaise with customers and vendors for issue resolution.
- Review customer workflows and recommend improvements.
- Plan preventive and corrective support to meet project SLAs.

- Effective written and verbal communication to convey technical solutions to business or management teams
- Knowledge or experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL)
- Agile Methodology (e.g., Scrum)
