Job summary

A tech solutions company in Singapore is seeking an IT operations professional to handle system Day-2 operations and incident management. You will assist in diagnosing issues, manage procurement, and liaise with customers for resolutions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering and has 1-3 years of experience. • Manage procurement processes, COTS, and support renewals
• Liaise with customers and vendors for issue resolution
• Review customer workflows or system functionalities and recommend improvements
• Plan preventive, corrective, and engineering support to meet project SLAs

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Min 1-3 years of experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and vendors
• Effective written and verbal communication to convey technical solutions to business or management teams
• Knowledge or experience in any of the following is a plus:

  • Agile Methodology (e.g., Scrum)
