The Job

• Assist in replying customer for www.tourmountbromo.com
• Liaise with customers on our products and guides to ensure smooth execution of our tours.
• Focus on liaising with our team in Singapore, Surabaya and Bintan.
• Optimising sales on online travel agencies such as Trip.com, TripAdvisor, Klook, GetYourGuide etc.
• Update tour images to website and social media on a timely basis.

Responsibilities

• Diploma in Tourism and hospitality management related studies preferred. Other majors are welcome as well. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Passion in travel.
• Fluent English and Bahasa preferred.
• Ability to work remote with responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
