Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in HR Management and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction or engineering field. The role offers a permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.
Qualifications
- Diploma in HR Management or related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Knowledge of Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.
Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave, and work pass matters.
- Manage CPF, IR8A, IR21, levy claims, and other government submissions.
- Administer foreign worker processes, insurance, and dormitory arrangements.
- Support onboarding, resignation, and employee relations matters.
- Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance with MOM and company standards.
Our esteemed client in the Electrical Engineering industry is seeking an HR Executive to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: HR Executive
- Location: North (Direct buses from Woodlands MRT station)
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave, and work pass matters.
- Manage CPF, IR8A, IR21, levy claims, and other government submissions.
