Job summary

A Singapore-based company is seeking an HR cum Admin Executive to manage employee lifecycle documents and support HR operations. This permanent position offers a salary package ranging from $2,800 to $3,400, working 5 days a week from 8:30 am to 6 pm.   • Position Title: HR cum Admin Executive
  • Working Location: Depot Road
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-6pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic $2,800 - $3,400 + VB
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee lifecycle documents, including offers, contracts, onboarding, probation confirmations, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Support policy roll‑outs, SOPs, and process improvements; track training, performance review cycles, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate purchasing and vendor management (office supplies, pantry, equipment, maintenance, travel, insurance, and service providers).
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims; reconcile with Finance and ensure timely payments.

  • Diploma or equivalent; HR, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in administrative and coordination roles; exposure to HR operations is an advantage.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail; meticulous and organized.
