Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience and a diploma in HR Management or a related field. This permanent position offers a salary of up to $6,500 plus bonuses, with a Monday to Friday working schedule.

Our esteemed client in the Electrical Engineering industry is seeking an HR Manager to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: HR Manager
  • Location: North (Direct buses from Woodlands MRT station)
  • Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $6,500 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
  • Partner with management to identify manpower needs and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for technical, engineering, and site roles.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions and compliance with MOM and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and local labor regulations.
  • Support line managers in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance improvement plans.
  • Plan and coordinate training programs to enhance employee competency, safety awareness, and leadership development.
  • Review and manage payroll, leave administration, and employee benefits in coordination with Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety standards, and ISO management systems.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate personnel records, and contribute to HR audits.
  • Lead HR improvement projects to strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention.
Job Requirements
  • At least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in handling full spectrum of HR duties, preferably in the construction, engineering, or M&E industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
