HR/Admin Executive

HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resource and administrative functions. This includes recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, staff welfare, documentation, and general office administration.

5 Days work / week

Salary : $3000 to $4000

Work Location : GUL CIRCLE SINGAPORE

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview arrangements and documents verification
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify job description staffing needs and ensure timely hiring
  • Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Prepare and serve Letter of Appointment , Employee Handbook, and Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Support employee training and development activities
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Undertake any other related duties or projects as assigned by manager
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Executive
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and Singapore employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good writing with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
