Key Responsibilities for HR Associate:
• Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding documents, and assist with exit interviews and clearance processes.
• HR Documentation: Maintain employee records (both digital and physical), update HR databases, and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
• Employee Relations & Mobility Support: Serve as a point of contact for basic HR inquiries and direct employees to appropriate resources. Lead or liaise the application of Employment or Residence Visa/permits for subordinate entities.
• Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
• HR Projects: Contribute to HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, training coordination, and policy updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 0–2 years of HR experience (internships or relevant coursework are a plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) is a bonus.
