We are seeking a proactive and meticulous HR Executive to support our Human Resources operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding MOM regulations and company policies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
Liaise with recruitment agencies and talent partners where necessary.
Support onboarding processes such as employment contract preparation, work pass applications (EP/SP/WP) in accordance with MOM guidelines, and conducting orientation for new hires.
Assist with monthly payroll processing, claims verification, and statutory contributions (CPF, SDL).
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personal files.
Support HR administration such as preparation of letters (confirmation, promotion, transfer), medical and insurance matters.
Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and welfare programmes.
Provide frontline support to employees on HR-related queries and company policies.
Support performance appraisal cycles and training & development initiatives.
Ensure HR practices comply with local regulations including Employment Act, CPF Act, and other relevant Singapore legislation.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 1–3 years of HR experience; experience in payroll or recruitment preferred.
Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and Payday HRMS system.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
