Job Responsibilities
  • Preparing reports as per assigned.
  • Handles the full computation and participates in the annual manpower budgeting exercise for NUHS HQ and Group Operations & Information Technology departments, Administer and support the process for the annual compensation exercises.
  • Assist the Assistant Director in providing reports for compensation analysis, MOH salary review exercises and surveys; support internal/external HR audits, prepare monthly and yearly accruals to the Finance Department and any ad-hoc compensation exercised as required.
  • The Assistant Manager is required to engage and partner with various HR and Finance teams to support the compensation needs for the departments.
  • He/She should have the relevant experience in supporting the end-to-end process for salary budgeting, data analysis and drawing reports from SAP HRIS, be highly proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), compensation analysis, meticulous with numbers and handling confidential information.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in large organizations, preferably with compensation experience.
  • Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HRIS.
  • Well-versed in MS Office (Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Word, Powerpoint, etc).
  • Good verbal, written communication skills and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills, strong sense of accountability and proven ability to meet deadlines.
