Job description

Job Descriptions:

  1. Initiate, determine and monitor corporate finance requirements, banking facilities and insurance requirements
  2. Harness, manage new and existing banking relationships and financial institutes
  3. Maintain and enhance business network in relation to finance/accounting
  4. Explore investment opportunities for company potential diversifications
  5. Arrange project financing as and when required
  6. Monitor company trade facilities to satisfy business projections
  7. Investigate alternate banking products
  8. Liaise with professional legal advisors for delinquent business accounts
  9. Keep abreast with overall market trends and business landscapes
  10. Safeguard company assets/investments and corporate debts
  11. Oversee company operational requirements eg dormitory requirements, workers’ welfare etc
  12. Special projects eg sourcing for site office facilities as and when required
  13. Keep informed of changes in Government regulations in relation to the industry
  14. Explore strategic advantages to enhance company’s market recognition and raise company profile eg. special awards
  15. Explore, investigate and liaise with software vendors on state of the art technology to improve accounting processes and HR & Admin processes
  16. Oversee the accounts and HR & Admin department on the overall operations

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accountancy
  2. Candidate with some managerial experience is preferred
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Good team player with strong leadership
  6. Self-motivated and able to show responsibility in managing the team
  7. Strong analytical mind and meticulous nature
