A leading public transport company in Singapore is seeking a staffing coordinator to assist with manpower planning, manage job applications, and process candidates for the Bus Captain role. Ideal candidates should have a GCE 'O' Level or Diploma, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. One to two years of relevant experience is required, and IHRP certification is preferred. Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years relevant experience required.
- Preferred IHRP certification.
Responsabilités
- Assist in staffing and manpower planning.
- Post and download applications from job portals.
- Prepare letters for employment and cessation.
- Arrange and process candidates for Bus Captain role.
- Liaise with government agencies on permits and licenses.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Connaissances
Formation
Assist in terms of staffing and manpower planning
Posting, downloading of applications from JobStreet, myCareerFuture and/or career portal.
Preparation of Letter for Employment, Cessation of employment letters etc
Arranging/interviewing/processing candidates for Bus Captain role
Liaising with various government agencies on the application of pemits & licences etc
Assist on other duties as assigned
- GCE '0' Level or Diploma with 1-2 years relevant experience
- Organized, meticulous and task-oriented
- Proficient in MS office
- Team player
- Preferred IHRP certified
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to adapt to a fast paced and challenging environment
