The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work in a leader in the Semiconductor industry! This role will manage the full lifecycle of the contingent workforce requisition process—from intake to offboarding—while ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery of talent. The role demands strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational execution capabilities
- Location: East
- Contract: 12 months contract
- Salary: up to SGD 6800 (subjected to experience)
The Talent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a must
- Minimum 2-4 years of talent sourcing or contingent workforce management experience
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass, SAP, Tableau, and VMS/MSP platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools
The Job
- Manage the entire contingent workforce hiring process including requisition intake, candidate shortlisting, onboarding, assignment tracking, and offboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams through regular communication and support.
- Track program performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure timely reporting and escalation of critical issues.
- Partner with IT, HR, Business Intelligence, and other operational teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Support onsite activities including interviews, testing, badging, and network access. Address and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with staffing vendors to ensure alignment with program goals and participate in training and development initiatives.
