Role Overview

This is a commission-based role offering flexibility, independence, and high earning potential.
You will manage the full recruitment process — from understanding client needs to closing successful placements — while building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.

  • CEI Certification (Compulsory)
  • Previous experience in recruitment agency.

  • Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and social media sourcing tools
