Role Overview

This is a commission-based role offering flexibility, independence, and high earning potential.
You will manage the full recruitment process — from understanding client needs to closing successful placements — while building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.

• Develop and manage client relationships across multiple sectors
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (databases, portals, referrals, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Provide career guidance and interview preparation for candidates
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and CEI requirements

Requirements

• CEI Certification (Compulsory)
• Previous experience in recruitment agency.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and social media sourcing tools
