Job Description
  • Lead full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and training & development.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS and other statutory requirements (e.g. work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, tax clearances, IR8A/IR21 submissions).
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters in a fair and compliant manner.
  • Develop and review HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook in line with industry practices and regulatory updates.
  • Oversee payroll administration and statutory submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support manpower planning, budgeting and succession planning for operational sustainability.
  • Oversee general administration functions including office management, procurement, insurance renewals and vendor management.
  • Coordinate audits, inspections and submissions to relevant authorities.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention and workplace culture.
  • Identify staff training needs, manage L & D budget and ensure mandatory trainings are completed.
  • Report to Chief HR Officer.
Job Requirement
  • Diploma / Degree or post graduate in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act
  • 5 working days per week
