A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a consultant responsible for managing client accounts and the full recruitment process. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates while driving business development efforts. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and a tertiary level qualification. This role is essential for connecting great talents with great opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in the recruitment industry.
  • Possess CEI certificate from MOM (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries).
  • Comfortable communicating on the phone, and performing business development work.

Overview

About the role: This is an internal role within Kingsforce. Remuneration will be based on a basic salary + incentive scheme (once KPI is met).

Work Location: Commonwealth (5 mins walk from the MRT station)

Work Days: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6pm

What You’ll Do

You’ll take charge of your own client accounts and manage the full recruitment process from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
  • Understanding client needs, company culture, and job requirements
  • Drafting and advertising job postings across multiple platforms
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates
  • Preparing candidate profiles and presenting recommendations to clients
  • Coordinating interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations
  • Managing onboarding arrangements to ensure a smooth placement process
  • Updating in-house systems accurately so all departments stay informed
  • Staying current with market trends and consistently meeting your KPIs
About you
  • Tertiary level qualifications in any field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with experience performing business development
  • Possess CEI certificate from MOM (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries)
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Comfortable communicating on the phone, and performing business development work.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
