Resumo da oferta
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide full secretarial support and manage daily activities. Candidates should possess a Diploma/Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office is required. This position offers a salary range of $4,500 to $5,800 and may involve frequent travel.
Qualificações
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in construction industry.
- Proficient with MS Office.
Responsabilidades
- Full spectrum of secretarial support to CEO.
- Provide support to the daily activities of the CEO including emails and meeting arrangement.
- Prepare reports, documents and presentation materials for the CEO.
Conhecimentos
Working days: 5.5 days
Location: Tuas
Salary: $4,500 to $5,800
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree equivalent qualification

- PA to CEO
- Full spectrum of secretarial support to CEO
- Provide support to the daily activities of the CEO including emails and meeting arrangement
- Prepare reports, documents and presentation materials to be used by CEO including co-ordination
- Arrange internal and external meetings
- Handle travel arrangements – flight reservation, hotel accommodation, visa applications, etc.
- Attend to CEO’s personal work
- Any other duties as required by the CEO
- Can be travelling frequently
- Follow-up on sales enquiries email
