Job summary
A leading hospitality and leisure company in Singapore is looking for an experienced professional to lead sourcing strategies in the Food & Beverage categories. This role requires a degree and over 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, alongside strong leadership and negotiation skills. You will manage category activities and foster relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to drive excellence in sourcing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.

- Create and implement long term sourcing strategies, KPIs and provide leadership to team of category buyers for Food & Beverage categories.

- In charge of responsible procurement and driving initiatives for the organisation
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders as well as strategic suppliers
- Build, mentor and guide team members to foster capabilities in delivering excellence in sourcing
- Degree from reputable institution with 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team and meet tight timelines and KPIs
- Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather technical requirements
- Possesses strong analytical, communication, interpersonal relationship, negotiation, business acumen and contract drafting skills
- Resourceful and strong leader with good problem solving, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge in SAP/ Ariba S2P (Source to Pay) and Reverse Auction tool is a plus
