A governmental body for community care in Singapore is seeking a leader for sub-regional planning of services for Seniors. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 in a managerial role, strong leadership and communication skills, and a degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include developing plans and ensuring service continuity for Seniors, as well as coaching teams to improve efficiency. This role contributes significantly to the quality of care in the community.
The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) aims to create a vibrant care community for people to live well and age gracefully. You will lead the sub-regional planning of services and solutions to meet and pre-empt needs of Seniors through partnership with various Divisions, local partners (e.g. Community Care Organisations, People's Association) and Ministry of Health (MOH) to understand needs and profiles of Seniors in each sub-regions, identify and assess gaps, and identify solutions to address needs.
