Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Transformation & Process Improvement
Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for workflow automation, process optimization, and business re-engineering. Assist in developing digital solutions that align with organizational priorities, and support the adoption of digital tools to enhance operational excellence.
Technology Solutions Development & Support
Build, maintain, and administer low-code/no-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Provide ongoing support for both newly developed and existing applications, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management to ensure reliability and user satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Apply data analytics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and present dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools to provide actionable insights for management and stakeholders. Partner with business units to explore opportunities for advanced analytics and digital reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
Work closely with business units to understand requirements, formulate IT proposals, and translate needs into effective digital solutions. Serve as a bridge between business users and IT teams, and support change management activities—including training, workshops, and communication to facilitate smooth adoption of new technologies.
Project Coordination & Continuous Improvement
Manage and deliver assigned digital and IT projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Track project progress, manage escalations, and contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices.
Technical Evaluation & Recommendation
Evaluate new and existing technology solutions, provide recommendations for adoption or enhancement, and support the implementation of selected tools to meet business needs.
