Job summary
A community care organization in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee administrative support, facilities management, and workplace safety. The role includes managing logistics, maintaining cleanliness of premises, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Candidates should have a strong focus on operational efficiency and facility upkeep.
Qualifications
- Experience in general office administration and operations.
- Knowledge of facilities management and maintenance.
- Familiarity with workplace safety and health regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistics support.
- Responsible for managing the premise cleaning services.
- Support ground operations and compliance with health monitoring.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods.
- Top-up medical items in wards and stores.
- Updating of store records.
- Make requisitions for replenishment.
- Administer preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all items related to facility management.
- Coordinate the Workplace Safety and Health team.
- Provide administrative and logistics support
- Responsible for managing the premise cleaning services and ensuring premise tidiness
- Support ground operations (e.g. registration, assist in moving supplies) and compliance with health monitoring
- Receive and inspect incoming goods
- Top-up medical items in wards and stores
- Updating of store records
- Make requisitions for replenishment to maintain stocks at optimal level in accordance with established company procedures
- Administer preventive maintenance programs
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all items and assets related to facility management and housekeeping, including supervision of contractors
- Coordinate the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) team and keep record of incident reports
- Implement safety regulations and precautions and ensure that staff are briefed and prepared for emergency and rescue operations
- Corrdinate with Fire Safety Manager on staff induction in fire safety and evacuation procedures
