Overview

Our client is a leading provider of experience-based play facilities in Singapore who provides unique interactive play experiences to children. They are looking for a Merchandising Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, managing, and completing online orders efficiently.
• Handling restocking, deliveries, and setting up and dismantling events for merchandise.
• Collaborating closely with the customer service team to address any complaints or feedback.
• Managing products across both online and offline channels.
• Overseeing storage, inventory, and product organization.
• Conducting monthly stock counts and submitting comprehensive inventory reports.
• Utilizing Roller and DLabel for backend product management.
• Tracking stock movement and ensuring optimal shelf occupancy in physical stores.
• Implementing visual merchandising strategies across various channels and platforms.
• Forecasting needs related to merchandising, such as sales, manpower, and stock availability.
• Performing basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a tidy office and merchandise area.
• Undertaking any additional duties as assigned.
