Job description
OPERATIONS
General Office Administration and Operations
  • Provide administrative and logistics support
  • Responsible for managing the premise cleaning services and ensuring premise tidiness
  • Support ground operations (e.g. registration, assist in moving supplies) and compliance with health monitoring
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods
  • Top-up medical items in wards and stores
  • Updating of store records
  • Make requisitions for replenishment to maintain stocks at optimal level in accordance with established company procedures
Facilities Management
  • Administer preventive maintenance programs
  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all items and assets related to facility management and housekeeping, including supervision of contractors
Workplace Safety and Health
  • Coordinate the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) team and keep record of incident reports
  • Implement safety regulations and precautions and ensure that staff are briefed and prepared for emergency and rescue operations
  • Corrdinate with Fire Safety Manager on staff induction in fire safety and evacuation procedures
