You will manage full sets of accounts independently for the Singapore entity. This is an independent contributor role ideal for someone who is confident in coordinating with stakeholders in China.

Our client is a Singapore-headquartered new energy vehicle (NEV) technology company focused on transforming cold-chain logistics through intelligent, sustainable transport solutions.

Description

• Handle full sets of accounts for the Singapore entity, including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing
• Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with local statutory and tax regulations
• Coordinate with external parties (e.g. auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretaries)
• Liaise with China HQ and provide periodic financial reports to COO/Finance Manager
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely reporting
• Manage simple administrative tasks related to finance, if required

Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Strong technical knowledge of full sets of accounts and Singapore tax/compliance
• Comfortable working independently in a lean setup with minimal supervision
