Job summary
A marine engineering company located in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage purchase orders and support invoice processing. Ideal candidates should have a minimum qualification of O Level / ITE / Diploma and be proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities include maintaining records, raising purchase orders, and assisting with shipments. Relevant experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum O Level / ITE / Diploma required.
- Candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Responsibilities
- Handle filing and organization of Purchase Orders (POs).
- Match Invoice, PO & DO and submit to Finance for payment processing.
- Maintain and update accurate records of PO and status of Purchase Requisitions.
- Raise PO and send RFQ to supplier.
- Prepare the CIPL and assist with shipment.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
