About Our Client

Our client is an established Engineering MNC with strong regional presence. This is a leadership position within the Regional HQ in charge of leading the strategic HR initiatives across the ASEAN region. You will report directly into the General Manager and manage a team of 3 direct reports.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the planning and management of budgets related to talent development needs.
  • Guide and collaborate with local HR teams to drive talent development initiatives for employee growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to address workforce planning needs and talent continuity.
  • Monitor and improve HR policies and procedures to enhance organisational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 12 years of progressive HR full spectrum experience with regional exposure, in MNC environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices across ASEAN region.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, develop effective solutions, and drive successful execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and development.
