A leading freight forwarding company in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Executive to support the Customer Service Department. You will manage bookings for air and sea shipments, coordinate with carriers, and communicate effectively with customers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum 'O' Level qualification, knowledge of logistics is a plus, and a strong ability to work independently. This is a permanent role with a salary package up to $2,800 plus AWS and bonuses.
