The Digital Operations Executive supports the Digital Channels team in driving online sales, improving conversion, and elevating the customer experience across Singtel's digital platforms. This role blends campaign execution, content management, digital marketing, and emerging AI‑assisted capabilities to enhance efficiency and decision‑making.

- Assist the eShop e‑Commerce Manager in planning and executing campaigns and tactical initiatives to drive online sales, traffic, and contribution.
- Work with design and Marcom teams to develop effective marketing collaterals that align with brand objectives.
- Manage and update content across Singtel.com, gomo.sg, and related product pages, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Support assigned product targets and contribute to reducing cost per order for Digital Channels.
- Assist in digital marketing execution including programmatic media, social targeting, dynamic creative optimisation, SEM, SEO, and affiliate marketing to improve qualified traffic and conversion.
- Support Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) across Singtel.com and gomo.sg by preparing structured, concise content that improves visibility in generative search results.
- Collaborate with Developers and Business Operations teams on weekly promotions, content accuracy, and UX improvements.
- Verify online promotions, pricing, product details, and campaign assets to ensure error‑free deployment.
- Support the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of social media content.
- Contribute to digital marketing and business performance reporting, including insights generation using AI‑supported tools where appropriate.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory checks, pricing updates, and product data maintenance.
- Be available on selected weekends or public holidays to support major events or launches.
Skills for Success
- Experience with digital content management tools such as Adobe Experience Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and an interest in using AI‑powered analytics tools.
