Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or relevant qualification.

• Approximate 2 years of related working experience preferably in retail, tech or mobile app industry.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media tools).

• Creative thinker with a passion for building impactful brand.

• Knowledge in Illustrator, Canva and video editing software would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with agencies, vendors and any other stakeholders.

• Be the brand guardian, ensuring all marketing materials and communications reflect the brand's identity, values, and tone.

• Lead initiatives to strengthen brand recognition and positioning in the market.

• Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives.

• Monitor referral performance and implement incentive structures to increase effectiveness.

• Craft dynamic marketing campaigns that turn heads and spark conversations.

• Develop strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.

• Work with sales teams to create buzzworthy promotions.

• Analyze performance metrics data to ensure our campaigns are hitting top gear.

• Manage social media and digital platforms to keep our audience engaged.

• Manage and mentor a Marketing Executive to deliver results.
