ComfortDelGro Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd is looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Senior Executive/Executive (Motor).

Requirements :

1. Assist the Managers/Asst Manager in the day-to-day servicing of corporate accounts (motor and motor fleet)

2. For motor fleet business, to practice an effective system of tracking vehicle movement that consists of new registrations, additions and deletions.

3. Keep up-to-date and accurate records of existing policy transactions.

4. Work with finance team to follow up on outstanding premiums

5. Support the Claims team to manage clients’ claims with high service level.

6. Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers, clients and colleagues through regular contact and liaison.

7. Meet with clients for follow-up services and renewals.

8. Keep abreast of all new technical, product developments, changing market conditions and inform account team members, insurers and/or clients of major developments affecting various types of coverage, including recommending appropriate proposals to clients where necessary.

9. Ensure Compliance with corporate governance and all regulatory requirements including complying with MAS rules and regulations.

Qualifications :

1. Diploma in insurance or equivalent

2. Must possess insurance qualifications BCP, PGI and ComGI

2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in the General Insurance industry handling motor insurance in a broking environment.

3. Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

4. Customer-oriented, meticulous and a team player

5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
