This full-time on-site role involves overseeing daily operations, managing processes efficiently, and ensuring effective communication. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in business administration or operations management, knowledge of e-commerce, and strong skills in Microsoft Office. Candidates with experience in supply chain management and the retail industry will be favored. Fluent Mandarin is required, and Korean is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at SoGoodK Pte Ltd in Singapore. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, managing operations efficiently, analyzing processes, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Knowledge in e-commerce website, Shopify.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Strong background in Operations and Operations Management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
• Experience in the retail or FMCG industry is a plus
• Analyzing marketing campaigns, coordinate the development, deployment, and tracking of email, EDM/SNS, Whatsapp Marketing.
• Able to speak Mandarin, Korean is a plus.
