We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive – Credit Control to join our Finance team and drive the health of our receivables.

As our AR Executive – Credit Control, you will play a critical role in managing customer credit, monitoring aged receivables, and initiating collections. You’ll help ensure that our accounts receivables are accurate, timely, and within our risk thresholds — all while maintaining professional, positive relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new customer setups and update customer master data.
  • Monitor credit holds on customer orders.
  • Track payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Prepare credit aging reports and performance updates for management.
  • Conduct credit checks and assess credit limits for new/existing customers.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
  • Recommend credit actions, including holds and escalations.
  • Maintain compliance with company credit policies and benchmarks.
  • Ensure clean audit outcomes with zero material discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in credit control, AR, or finance operations.
  • Strong Excel skills; Oracle experience is a plus.
